Bacon-wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin



This was our very special dish at new year's eve dinner table last night! Served with blanched baby bok choy and a creamy yellow-squash and cauliflower casserole - wow, a very rich indulgence that we followed with a smooth Cabernet Sauvignon, holiday cookies and dark chocolate truffles.
